How to Use:

• You may put your desired powder to sift through the top opening. Since the Vibrosifter has multiple mesh layers, the powder passes through layers of varying mesh screens depending on the size of the powder. The cleaning device (bouncing ball) is placed beneath the screens of each layer during this operation. It constantly strikes the screen with frequency vibration, so that the materials on the screen may be screened smoothly. The powder flows through the Vibrosifter screens of the matching meshes in each layer, then falls on each layer. The discharge port is used to complete the screening and removal of contaminants, as well as filtering and grading.

Uses of Vibrosifter:

• Impurity removal
  A few oversize or undersized particles can be easily separated by the Vibrosifter from your products using a rotary shaker machine.
• Grading
  This can separate particles precisely and continuously. The multi-layer can separate different groups of particles at the same time.
• Separation of liquids and solids
  The Vibrosifter is used to separate solids from solid-liquid mixtures easily and hassle-free.
